Hi, I am new to the team. I did WW for 12 years and tired of paying $40 to hear something I already knew. SP is free and the support is 24/7. I track, exercise and drink 10-12 glasses of h20 every day. I need to get motivated and watch my sodium, that is my problem. Bev

Welcome to the team : )
My adivce is to get used to the nutrition tracker and then use it every single day. At first you can just track what you do eat, and then once you've got an idea where you can improve, start trying to get your calories and nutrients to the right levels.
I lost quite a bit of weight at the start without exercising more, just by sorting my food out. I was eating WAY over my calories and didn't even know it.
