Welcome to the team!!

When I was REALLY trying and tracking everything I managed to lose 25lbs. These days I mostly use Spark to keep my motivation levels up :)

emoticon Jo emoticon Your program will only be as intense as you make it :)
Use your nutrition tracker to stay in your range and use your fitness tracker to track you EXERCISE. I'd avoid tracking all your normal daily activities. Those do not really count as exercise. Other than that, all it takes is YOU. emoticon

Hi Jo emoticon to the team. We have a great team here and all you have to do is ask a question to get an answer.

I have maintained my goal weigh for over a year now, so yes it does work all you have to do is stick with it.

Good luck

Hi there,

I'm new here and relieved to find that there are others from the UK using this.

Has anyone had any success with it so far? is much more intense than fitness pal.

I'm a 35yr old female have 90lbs to lose and feel very daunted by that. I struggled with depression for a couple of years and put a lot of weight on in that time. I now am ready to start reversing the damage which Im hoping will have other positive health effects also.

I am bad at motivation especially during PMT phases when I really struggle and would appreciate any support or motivation from other like minded peeps.

I'm not working at the moment but was working in mental health. I love crafts of every variety, photography and recently started book-binding.

Would love to hear from anyone really with any tips on keeping on track.

Thanks for reading.
Jo
