Welcome to the team, Kat : )

I would start off with tracking everything you eat. If you move around a lot and are still not losing weight, you're probably eating more than you realise. That was my issue, and as soon as I brought my calories down into a sensible range I started losing.

My name is Kat. I'm 24 and overweight. I've always struggled with weightloss. I work as a waitress so i run around a lot and i still can't lose any weight. I'm hoping that people who are in a similar position or who were can give me an idea of how to start my journey to a slimmer me.

In January I weighed 196 pounds (14 stone)
Today Tue 13 May 2014 I weigh 189 pounds (13.5 stone)
My Goal weight is: 154 pounds (11 stone)
11 stone will be the lightest I have been in a decade
