emoticon You will find a lot of resources here that are VERY helpful! The secret is simply control what you're eating and make sure you do exercise. Hi there don't let your life get ruined by your weight. Firstly enjoy mothers day tomorrow and then make a plan for eating, weigh your food and mostly plan exercises. when I started doing exercises , every time I went to the kitchen to make a cuppa I was running on the spot for the duration until the water was boiling. Later I bought myself a hula hoop and start my workout as 10 min planned and usually like today did 35 min.
So far I have what I call my "Spark gym": 2 hula hoops (800g and 2000g), handles for rope less skipping, 2 2l bottles filled as dumb bells, exercise ball, and 2 elastic bands and of course a kitchen scale.
Very often I also check the exercise videos here in Spark-they are very helpful.

Hi
I have been struggling with mt weight for years, i had my son 4 years ago and have never lost my baby weight, i have tried different things, i realise now at my age 44 that i need to get fit and loose some weight has i am am very very unhappy about it, its like a dead weight, i look pregnant !!! its ruining my life, please help:
