Hi

I'm quite new to this. I've tried a number of ways to lose weight over the years and been quite successful, but it keeps creeping back on and I want to find a way to keep it off and stay healthy.

As most of us do I have a busy job and family with two teenage children who seem to view me as on call whenever they need something, so my needs have come quite low down the list and I'm working towards changing this.

I'm looking forward to progressing and achieving my first goal of getting below 200lbs before my birthday in March.
