As well as the plank i do 60 mins of cardio 5x a week and 30 mins of pilates every other day :) hope to stay this motivated all the time ....it helps having a good support network ....so thanks to you all for yo emoticon ur comments

I am off all medications for diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol and lost 50 pounds !!!

Hi all,
just# a quick email to say im not new to dieting but am new to the support system started this up last year and never used it ...this year no resolutions just small goals set ...e.g. The Plank, some of you may know this exercise ...i refer to it as goddamnmot#@"4!. I wish you all good luck in the war on weight ...but remember don't beat yourself up if you hit the choc biccy's as they say tomorrow is a new day :)
