Ok, 62 this month and still overweight! Think I was last at a good weight mid forties. Seriously fed up of giving myself endless excuses for eating just that last piece of pie/cake/trifle etc.. I've never joined a forum before so here goes! Wish me luck (but what I really need is willpower)!
