I'd say start off getting to know the nutrition tracker. I lost quite a bit of weight when I first signed up just by realising how much I was eating and sorting out my calories.

hi there everyone.Im Rozzadee and new to this site and have no idea how to use it or get around,im not on facebook and would like to keep away from them as always get unwanted attention.But I would like to know how I can get the site to work for me and help to get food wise and find out what foods I can eat that are low cal.as I need to loose 2 plus stones as quickly and safely as I can.Your help would be much appricated
