If you follow the spark people way you can do it.
I tried everything else and now I am 70 years young.

Born In Stockton-on-Tees near Middlesborough

Now living in the U.S.A. I am now 70 years young and have lost 50 pounds with Spark HUGS Pat In Maine. emoticon with our help. Having children can make it more difficult since their food is probably not like yours so you have to find foods that will keep you all healthy. VERY IMPORTANT is PORTION CONTROL, very hard to do but it is worth it. Pat.

Hello all,
This is my 1st day to try and claim back some controle of my out of controle eating habbits. In the past year I have gone from a UK size 10 to a 16 and have to date tried every diet going, only to find myself eating more as I feel such a failer when gaining the odd poubd or 2 which as we all know adds on a few more pounds...and so the cycle continues.
I am so down about it all, especially where as only a couple of years ago I was 6 stone lighter, training in the gym 3-4 days a wk with a trainer and felling a bit of a hottie, Now I feel crap, sooooooo, this is it, day 1 to try and change things around, to start felling good about myself again.
This single mum of 3 beautiful kids needs her life back!
And so I best get to it!!!!
