Hi there. I'm new around here, but I figured I'd jump right in. :)

Just like it says on the title, I'm looking for somebody to help with mutual motivation over the rest of the month. I've spontaneously decided to try to eat awesome over the next few weeks. Something of an experiment, to see if I can. For me, no cheat November means no sweets, lots of veggies and protein and low fat/carbs. Not necessarily counting calories, but paying attention to my intake and being careful with what I put into my body. Nothing too extreme, but it'll still be a challenge.

If anyone is interested, here's a bit about me. I'm a 32 year old female living here in the UK. My BMI is around 29, so I'm just under the obesity line. I don't have any particular plans on how to hold one another accountable, but maybe something like a daily/weekly/whenever email or text? I'm a pretty relaxed individual, so anybody looking for a buddy is welcome to respond! :)
