Welcome to Spark! I'm a foodie too so I totally hear you. I always say if this weight loss thing was just about how much exercise you do, I'd be a supermodel by now lol I love working out but food is my enemy. Still trying to battle it...getting there slowly but surely.

Have you thought about joining the 8-week 5% Challenge Team?

Hi Everyone.
Well I have joined because I find that I miss having someone to talk to about weight loss and the daily struggles of a foodie to not eat everything in sight. A few years ago I managed to loose 20 kgs but in the last 6 months I've gained half of that back again. On the positive side I am maintaining my new found weight gain - but I am hoping to finally loose those 13 kgs that I've wanted off for quite a while.
I love exercising and tend to do an hour every day. This year I managed to complete both a half and full marathon. Exercise isn't the issue when it comes to weight loss for me (I do plenty and enjoy it most of the time). Being a foodie is proving to be quite hard. I've got out of the habit of just tasting food instead of eating a whole lot too much. Mentally it's proving hard for me to satisfy my eyes, and my stomach is suffering from it.

I hope that being here, I can help and be helped in the struggle that is weight loss. If I did it once, I can do it again. :)
