Greetings to all. I am 57, nearly 58 (shockingly). I have used food all my life foe emotional reasons and dieted as a result since I was 11. I now have an awful lot of weight to lose with many acquired health problems. I almost feel defeated before I start. But my health is deteriorating so I have to force myself to do The Last Big Push before it is too late and for my future health. Therefore I need all the help I can get!!!! If I could just get this lardy bum off the sofa.....
