Your weight loss sounds bang on target if my maths is right. 11.5 kilos is around 25 lbs. Advice is to aim to lose 1-2 lbs per week and over 13 weeks, yours is just below 2lbs per week so at the top end of the 'sensible' range.

I've been receiving spark updates for a while and find them very inspiring and interesting reading.. I've been on my own devised eating plan and whilst I've been losing weight I don't feel I'm doing as well as I should or could be.. I eat 3 maelstrom a day. fruit and fat free yogurt for breakfast.. minced beef and veg hotpot for lunch with veg at the side.. chicken or pork chop for dinner either with salad and very low fat mayo or hot veg or baked beans.. I rarely snack but have a banana or grapes or a low cal hot chocolate if I feel a bit hungry.. I eat no bread very very rarely pasta or potatoes and no cakes or cookies or alcohol.. I've lost around 11.5 kg in 13 weeks.. maybe I'm being impatient or is this about the right pace.. I walk around 40-50 mins each day and try to do another 20 mins on the treadmill when I an but I have an ankle injury.. long term.. which sometimes is just too painful to put any weight on.. should I be changing my diet or is approx 1kg a week about the weight loss I dhould be aiming for..
