Hello!

I'm a new Sparker from the Welsh borders (nr Bristol and Newport)

I'm interested in training, getting strong, and eating food!

I have some pounds to lose, but I'm happy to do it slowly the sustainable way :) As long as the muscles are growing!! I love strength training - bodyweight, heavy weights, whatever. I'd love to meet some local weight-lifters, as I'm pretty scared of going to the gym on my own. I have a few weights at home, but not really enough.

I'm not really into judging what I eat - I eat what makes me happy. I do need to concentrate on getting enough food to support my work (I have 3 physical jobs) and I really eat a lot. I may cut back from time to time, but never for long as it makes me crazy. Just enough to lose a little weight, then back to maintaining! I'm hoping this way to reach my ideal physique, eventually.

However, I really do need to cut back on stress and work on my self-confidence/self-esteem. I'm quite a lonely person and I can be insecure about my body and myself in general. I get migraines which I think are connected to stress, but possibly diet related too. My doctor told me to track my food, so the tracker will help with that as well as my nutritional balance!

Anyway, enough rambling. Please friend me if you think you'd like to talk, I'm friendly and would love to meet people who are on any kind of fitness/life spark journey!
