hello Team UK emoticon

I was here on SP very briefly a couple of years ago. This time I want to belong to the UK Team as I had trouble following USA recipes. Is there a UK Team for seniors? SP has changed a lot so I'm racing around like a headless chicken trying to get my diet underway.

Anyone know how I should re-set my ticker? Sorry to present so many questions, but is there a UK food favourites list or do I have to make my own?
