Well first of all you need to stop thinking of it as a diet. Diets are temporary, depriving periods that are no fun at all and generally make people miserable.
SP is not a diet but a lifestyle. If you change your thoughts from "I'm on a diet" to "I'm getting healthy" I bet you'll find sticking with it an absolute breeze. I know I did.

evening my fat friends, just starting to give sparks a go,
I'm very good at the first three days of a diet and then lose interest. I am determined that I can make a fortnight this time.....ok think positive, I will get to wear that beautiful dress dress I bought 2 years ago that still has the labels in.
