Hi, I have been on here a number of time during some hard times in my life, I am finally coming out of it and I have lost 2 stone. I started my exercise and healthy habits back up because i out on 5 pounds, doesnt sound a lot but it got me thinking of carrying on jogging.
I do find it hard to say no to things which is annoying because I love to randomly binge its like a craving and espeically on takeaways meaning it not only ruins my weight but my money too...( i am a student).
I just wanted to find some nice company and somewhere I can just chat.

I wish anyone the best o fluck. You just have to put the hard work in and not give up even if you havent done it for ages. :)
