Hello and welcome.

I found this site just over a year ago and love it! Just a word of warning though, it can be very addictive and make you want to make big changes to get big weight loss numbers, DON'T! Take it slow so that any changes you do make become habits that you are likely to stick with.

This is a fantastic site that can really help you achieve your goals.

If you're not already using the Nutrition Tracker, please do. You don't have to follow the meal plans, you can make your own, but they're a great guide for working out your carb/protein/fat ratios. The Tracker also gives you a calorie range to stick to based on your current and target weights.
