I love this site. Reason # 1, it's free! And reasons 2-101, it offers so many ways of determining and staying focused on your weight loss goals, and this way, using Team Forums is a big reason. It's so reassuring and comforting to know there's other people like me out there. I truly feel the love.

I joined in early August and only lost 13 pounds, SO FAR. But I try to eat the best I can everyday and work out everyday, except Sunday. Even God rested.

The forums and the other countless ways to get support and education and suggestions are priceless. I log in everyday and track what I eat, how much I exercise and gain SparkPoints.
