Hi Lorrainef29 - have you used the food tracker. It's a good place to start and it also has substitutes if there something on the meal plan you don't like. And don't forget to check out the receipes. After you usethe tracker for a while, you'll be able to figure out what's best for you within your calorie range. Don't give up - you can eat healthy without every meal being rabbit food - LOL !! You'll eventually start craving the good stuff (even though you may still sneak in a snack every now and then). Make small changes, increase your water. It takes time, but you will get there.
Psalms 34:7 - Delight your self in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Before you ask God for Anything, remember to first thank him for Everything
