Welcome to our team! I know you can do it! Things that are worth something usually come to us at the end of a rough road! Take it one day at a time. If you mess up and get off track one day, remember that tomorrow is a new day and you can start again! I wish you the best on your journey!!

I was losing, and then started eating more. I have two new dresses one size to small to motivate me to start on the journey of this weight loss. I have gained and lost so much over the years, but seem to be stuck around 315-321. I have tried today, mind thinking, just telling myself I can do this, and I do want it so bad. I am disabled, have had two knee replacements with 7 surgeries on one knee, back surgery and I also have fibromyalgia, and osteo and osteporosis arthritis. I can't spell like I use to, I am 58 will be 59 on May10th. I would love to be able to wear one of my new dresses on my birthday. I am going tomorrow for a haircut, and have my hair colored, and highlighted. I am hoping this will inspire me as well. I look in the mirror and say terrible things to myself. I am limited at what exercises I can do because of my arthritis and my fibromyalgia. But I do have victory and I have been praying God will help me because I believe in prayer. I have one daughter, whom had weight loss surgery to gain all it back and now all kinds of health problems, more than before she had the surgery. My son is about 20 pounds overweight and gripes all the time but he has never been fat. lol. My hubby lost his job and he has gained 20 pounds just eats candy all the time. Anyhow I want to do this for me no one else. I think with God's help I can do this. I also have diabetes. I have one dog and 4birds, two african greys and one pairolette, and one red rump parakeet. I use to raise birds and had over 200, but due to health problems I had to cut back. I also have sleep apnea. I have probably bored you long enough, but would love to hear from anyone, and I need support from someone who knows how hard it is. Shelley
