Hi Sandy....
welcome to our team and Sparkpeople. One of the best advice we can give you in here is to believe in yourself and to be didn't pack on overnight and truly won't unpack itself overnight. Another good set of advice is read everything you can and learn to use the tools on this site. They resources are just unlimited and the best don't pay for it to make your life healthier.

It's me again, someone trying something different (sparkpeople) to lose this weight I have been trying to lose in the last 10 to12 years! I now deal with diabetes type 2 for that long too. My name is Sandra but call me Sandy :) I love animals, I have 4 peekapoo dogs - I love yard work when the weather is not cold out :( - I love swimming at the YWCA (even in the winter) - I love my job - I love my husband and son - Growing up, my family raised quarter horses, me and my brother showed them, and went trail ridding. I love camping and traveling with my husband and I love love fishing! I belong to weight watchers as of October 2010 and hoping doing both will really help, sooo wish me luck give lots and lots of advice and I will do the same for you.
