Hello~Back again.
Charlie: You advised I begin tracking my food: Figured out how to do it just now-entering my food .......... So this should help. I will weigh in the morning and start from there. I want to break thru this 'stand-still' and get some results ......... Like I think too 1# a week is a reasonable expectation ............ emoticon .......... Be back in a.m. w/ weight ........ But promise not to laugh anyone. ha ha ............ Jan

Yes, of-course! Anyone can join no matter how much they want to lose. I'm glad your in. I will hold you accountable and you do the same for me, that way we will do this, okay..

Wed. Weight Lifting Full Body
Thur. Walk & HIIT/S. Bike
Fri. Callanetics
Sat. Weight Lifting Full Body

* NUTRITION ~ to eat more. I have been having trouble getting enough calories.
My calorie Goal is 1585 a day. Hold me accountable.
