My name is Holly and I've been on SparkPeople for a couple of months. Just thought I would hop on and introduce myself. In August 2010 I was working for a local gym and weighed 215lbs. Not really the poster child for that industry... I kept hearing people talk about the things they ate and how they recorded it so I thought I would jump on that bandwagon! I got an app on my phone to track my calories in and calories out and started going. Since August, I have lost 45 pounds. However, in the last month I've lost NOTHING! I have been able to maintain, but my workout buddy went to visit family in Taiwan for a month and I've had a hard time getting motivated to get off my butt and go to the gym! I only have 15 more pounds to lose and I REALLY want to shake them off before summer!! Any suggestions to help keep me on track?!
