Those are some great goal, Charlie! I know what you mean, about reaching a certain age and your body just saying stop it. My goal is to keep trying and get to lifetime member at Weight Watchers. Wow......I would love to do that!!

My goals for 2011are:

Short Range Goal: 150#s
Long Range Goal: 135#ís
and
Long Range Goal: lose 65 inches over all. I have lost 22.5 inches so far.

I would love to lose a pound a week but I have been stuck in the 175 range since last Oct. so I would settle for a pound a month.

I'm beginning to think, I may as well just accept the fact that I will never be thin again. I guess when some people (like me) reach a certain age their body just says no more.

I'm doing Low carbs and eating RAW plus, doing Zumba, Callanetics and walking at least twice a week, (and trying to make myself do exercise more often).

I need to get back to thinking I CAN and I WILL NEVER GIVE UP....
