Thanks and I do agree that I am working out in a challenging way. I am working my body in ways I havent in years and am loving everything about it. I am surprised how much I love the Zumba classes. Thinking after the holidays about adding another day during the week.

The key in any successful program is time and consistency. If you are working out and when I say that I mean working out in a way that is challenging to you (and only you know if you are doing it or not) then you will find success.

If you are having a blast, keep pouring your heart into your Zumba class and you are bound to put the work in, while having fun, which is what makes Zumba Fitness so great!

Hi I am new to this forum. I started doing Zumba the beginning of this month and love it. I go two times a week so far but thinking about adding another day. For anyone who has been doing it for awhile. What kind of results can I start looking for and what time line.
