Check out some videos on youtube and maybe try the class at your YMCA. I have been doing a few years now and when I watch what I eat, it really works for losing and staying fit!! emoticon

I was invited to join this group by CharlieB, I have heard of Zumba, our YMCA offers a class but I have never taken it. I would like to learn more from all of you. My exercise routine includes biking, running, and swimming.Love to ride my horses too. I have never gotten very regular with strength training so maybe I can get some encouragement in that area too. I know that I need that. Looking forward to getting to know everyone. Gail
