First of all, congratulations on losing over 100 lbs! That's awesome. You just need to think about some of the things you did to help you lose back then but make sure they work for a lifestyle vs. a diet. Maybe set some fitness goals as well, so to accomplish them, you'll also have to stay on point with your nutrition. Also, posting on Sparkpeople regularly is a great tool to keep yourself accountable, maybe blogging once a week. I know you can do it! You've done so well already, you can start again and keep it going!

I have been a member of sparkpeople for a few yrs now but have always been intimidated to post anything.Despite my insecurities I have decided to begin a new chapter in my life in order to progress. I would like to start off by saying that I'm quiete dissapointed in myself. I actually began my weightloss journey approximately five years ago due to health complications such as high blood pressure and kidney stones. I am 5 feet tall and my starting weight was 236lbs. Over the past five years had managed to lose 101lbs. I am very obsessive about everything concerning weight . At the begging of 2011 my weight was 134lbs but slowly since then my weight has gone up to 149lbs . I have over indulged , binged overeaten whatever you wanna call it but point is my weight has gone up . I never thought I would ever allow the weight to come back! I need help and advice
