Hey there :-) Congrats on losing all that weight so far this year! I've lost a little over 10 lbs since restarting SparkPeople in May - it feels pretty good to be heading *down* on the scale for a change :-) Although I must say, I could deal with losing the weight a teensy bit faster...still, down is down no matter how fast it's going.

So what are you planning for toning exercises? I'm still working on building up my cardio minutes but the toning/strength stuff comes next so wondering what others are trying. There are a few workouts in the links section for this Team that sound pretty cool...have you tried them out yet?

Hang in there on losing the extra pounds...you're almost there!

Hi - I've just joined SparkPeople. There's a lot to look at!!
But, you guys sound like you all have fun on here so I'm hoping to find some inspiration and motivation to help me with the final hurdle!
I have lost 36lbs since January and I'm so happy with that, I'm getting married in November this year so my wedding dress will be so much better now!
But I would like to tone up and lose a few more pounds which I'm now struggling with.
