I thik the trick is to visualize what you want to look like on that day. I know that I want my arms and legs to be a topic of conversation. I want them that strong and toned!
decide what you want and decide a realistic timeline for those achievements. break it down to what you want to see and how you'll do it month to month, and then every month check on your progress and alter your goals accordingly...
Have you already bought your dress? If not, what realistic size/measurments/ fat% etc do you want to be by then? Make a detailed game plan.
Work hard Expect success!
