shoes are not my forte as I have so much trouble finding a pair to suit my feet emoticon

I do chair exercises too which can be found in Sparks or even on youtube

Thank you very much.
I have done a lot of walking in the past but for some reason it does not work for me anymore and I can't walk very far I have restless leg syndrome and the fibro really affects my legs. Maybe I need a better pair of walking shoes, do you have any suggestions?

welcome Deanna. they easiest way of starting out to lose weight is to walk. It doesn't matter how little when you're starting of, just walk and before long you'll find you are walking further & further. another great & easy way is to walk in water. This is MUCH gentler on your body than on land & you will find you can walk longer in water too. I go to my local heated pool for this & it does wonders for me.

there is a HUGE variety of exercises in the fitness section of Sparks that have workouts for the newbie through to the long termer.
