And you are so right! This is a trait that I think many of us have. We are so busy looking after everyone else we forget to look after ourselves. We often feel guilty and selfish if we try to put ourselves first. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying we need to do it all of the time, but some of the time for sure!!

Good luck and I look forward to hearing your success stories!

Quality is never an accident, it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

This is the heaviest I've ever been & do not like it. Today I started eating better. Exercise will be a little slower as I'm healing from a minor toe surgery but I will try. I need to believe in myself. For too many years I've set myself aside & put others first. I'm a mom, a wife, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a cousin, a friend - I am many things to many people but I need to be something to Me.
