emoticon to the team. SP is a emoticon website with a lot of information and many people here who are supportive, encouraging and motivational. Keep logging in, posting and tracking nutrition and fitness.

I have really enjoyed the website and this is day 42, though have only lost 2 pounds but do not weight myself unless the doctor does or they do at Curves and that is once a month. However can tell in how my clothes fit and how I feel. Take one step at a time and you will be fine just know you will have great days, good days and days you don't like, but each morning you wake up to the beginning of a new day.

Hi! one of my Facebook friends introduced me to sparkpeople.com when she read a post about my High Cholesterol. I have been given 3 months to get it down with diet and excersize or I will be put on medication. I am taking this challenge real seriously and being the competitve person that I am this cholesterol problem is gonna be whooped. This site is giving me all the tools I need to take this down. I have been tracking my nutrition, going to Bikram Yoga and having a glass of red wine at night as part of my war on cholesterol. Wish me luck counting down from 256 cholesterol.
