Hello all! So after being on this site off and on for a few years, I'm actually going to use a lot of it, instead of just the recipes.
As many other women, baby fat is difficult to lose. I'll be turning 40 in six months and trying to get a few sizes smaller.
I'm going a different route than others on here though. I'm trying for the low-carb thing. This is a life style change, not just a 6 month diet. I have a stupid auto immune disease and am unable to exercise, so I need to change my eating habits, by being healthier and without starving myself.
Anyone have any thoughts on low carb?
