Hello my name is Debra I have decided not to give up on my goal to change my life for the better .I lost a great amount of weight and then I was just stuck because I couldn't loose any more. Its been almost two years since I tried to get back on track. So I am feeling defeated so I decided to come back to Sparkle and get support and possible find a group or walking group in Charlotte to help me get restarted and to give me some tips on how to get back on track, and me remain accountable.
