Well, I wasn't really thinking about it until I saw how much I weighed. I didn't like it. I saw that my Mom was doing it and has been losing weight. She is disabled compared to us due to her major stroke that she had four years ago. She does what she can. She also eats a serving of green beans daily and takes a cayenne supplement daily. I am glad that someone is getting motivated by what the little things that I do. That keeps me going. Thank you.

Hi Susan! Congrats for measuring and tracking your food 3 days in a row! That is a difficult habit but probably the one that makes the biggest difference. I always have a hard time sticking to it, but when I can I do see results. I think you may have just given me the motivation to try again too! Thank you! Good luck and keep at it!

My name is Susan. I am starting to change some habits of mine. First, I am going to do some of the things that Mom does...measure food and count my calories and other vitamins. I have done it the past three days. Mom also gave me some other ideas on how she is loosing weight in her condition. She is taking cayenne pepper supplement and eat green beans daily. She can fit into some of her clothes she couldn't last year. Anyways, I am trying to stay to this diet of more healthy foods that I like and less "junk" food, and more exercise. I was told do it little by little. I am praying that I stay on this. What really got me to do this was that I can't hardly fit into any of my clothes, and when certain stresses come about I feel my chest work harder. I don't want to be a "heart" patient also and have the fear that I won't live long enough.
