Welcome to the team!! My girls are four. When they were 18 months I joined spark and got in great shape, but due to other things, I've lost some ground this year. Would love to keep each other motivated! This is a great support site!

Hi! I'm Jen, I just turned 33 last week, and our LO is Owen, who just turned 2 in March. He's a ball of energy and is in the midst of the challenging "terrible" twos. I am determined to get in better shape for both myself and for my LO and husband. I lost all of the baby weight right after having him, but it all started creeping back on and then some. I was overweight before I got pregnant, but I've always been told I carry it well because I'm tall (I'm 5'11"), however, pregnancy really changed my body and I'm very unhappy with how I have let myself go.

I'm going to make a real effort to try to track my food every day and our weather has finally improved, so I'm back outside running. I'm not as concerned with numbers at this point as I am with how my clothes fit and my overall energy level. Seeing the number on the scale go down would be a total bonus!

If anyone is looking for a buddy (for motivation, venting, recipe exchange), let me know!
