Thank you so much! Oh, the transformation pictures are truly amazing! You are obviously the one to keep me motivated! I am at 213 right now and I know I can do it but your pictures really helped my own visualization.

I am a sahm with a 4 year old son named Kaden. My goal is to lose about 90 more pounds by next July (2014) for my brothers wedding.
I love being home with my son but having so many options and choices it can be challenging. I could workout or be lazy. The fridge and pantry are always pretty stocked (now with many vegan healthy choices). I am learning good portion sizes.
I am noticing what I can and shouldn't eat much of by recording it. I am staying on track
I am looking for advice from others to really make Mon-Fri go smoothly for me and Kaden. If anyone has meal ideas for both of us that are tasty and nutritious for lunches.
I would love for someone to offer activities we can do to keep us both physical active and mentally active for Kaden.
Kaden does abcmouse online but if there is any other links that are free or almost free to incorporate Kindergarten readiness, (he's not going until August 2014). emoticon

I look forward to reading posts and perhaps help others out as well!
