And I am going to join the age team (20 something)
I find that since joining teams, I hold myself much more accountable.

Yes, that's so true, children will eat candy all day is they have to. The most important thing is creating that balance. What you said is a great idea. Are cheerios the only cereal that she eats?

My daughter loves hot dogs too, and I am also not fond of them for a number of reasons. What we do here is make 1 meal and i give her the option to eat it or not. If she doesn't I offer her other things that are simple such as yogurt, cereal, cheese, nuts... she's actually a pretty healthy eater for a 2 year old. Of course we also have days where she wants nothing but candy too, but what child doesn't have days like that?

My name is Spring. I have two toddlers, one is two and the other is three. They are a handful. One of my struggles have been making separate meals for myself and my family. I don't give them much junk food but they love hot dogs, and hamburgers while I would rather not to eat those things anymore. I want them to be healthy and not deprive them, all the while not being tempted by things that they eat.
What's a girl to do?
If you have any advice, or just want to drop by, please do. I would appreciate it. Good luck on your journey Fellow Sparks!
