i go through the exact same thing one little thing changes and its a downward spiral so you are not alone on this im sure we all can relate and have been there any how WELCOME back!

welcome back... everybody was sick in the house and we had thanksgiving and xmas its coming. It always will have something to try to stop us to have a healthier life.. I'm not gonna say it is easy to stick to it but with time we get used to it and even when some events happen we can still do good. Wish you good luck and a great journey here.

Hello all! I've been a member of Spark People for a couple years now. This is my first time ever writing a post (I'm pretty sure anyways). It seems like everytime I get in a great routine with eating habits and exercise, one hiccup comes along (I have to cancel a workout day, someone in the house gets sick, we go out of town, etc.) and I fall into the habit of pre packaged, fattening foods, and blow off working out. I am ready to get back to my healthy self, AND stick with it! Any motivation is greatly appreciated! :)
