welcome. yoyo diets here too. Now things seems better and I feel that I'm gonna stick to spark people and no more yoyo diets for me. Hope you like the program and achieve your goals.

Hi everyone,

my name is Rachel and I am from Maine.. I have been trying to do weight loss for... 15years..at least, I've been a terrible yo-yo dieter. after I had my daughter (who will be 3 next month) I lost a TON of weight (and while pregnant) and kept it off.. I didn't lose NEARLY enough to be close to goal, but was under 200lbs for the first time ever (at least since middle school) and was satisfied... to a point anyway.... over the last few months I have gained 20-25lbs back and now again am over 200lbs and can't stand it anymore (weighed in this morning at 201.2) my first goal, which shouldn't take long is to get back under 200... then a goal of 190 (I'm hoping to lose 5-10lbs a month) Until i hit my goal of 130-135.

I look forward to getting to know all of you..
