Thanks everyone. Fitness magazine would probably be a good idea. I'm not a member of a gym unfortunately. I have a treadmill, and exercise ball, and I use my husband's flat bench and free weights. He's just now getting back into working out (he needs to lose about 30 lbs), but I'm just trying to decide if I should join a gym a couple times a week for weights s and machines.

I did try a boot camp about a month ago! I may delve into that in the new year. It killed me! I was sore for about a week. Lol

Check out fitness magazine.com. They have some great crossfit, toning and strength training workouts that you can do from home or at a gym. I hit boot camp twice a week to help fight the flab and love it because I can do cardio and strength training at the same time. Nice job on your progress!

Hi! i joined a whole back but never posted...you know, in all my spare time with a 2 year old and 3 year old home all day. :) I'm down 21 lbs. so far since May 2012...coming off slowly but surely. Now I'm well into a healthy BMI but pretty unhappy with all the flab so I'm trying to pump it up a notch with workouts. Does anyone do cross fit or use weights? I'm 5'7" and weigh 152. Hope to meet some buddies to help me in this new phase!
