hey!
Your reason for joing is the exact same reason I want to join! I am trying to take off 10 pounds to be more healthy and I want to be a good example for my kids and husband. I started to do a cross stitch quilt for my daughter and it really helps with not eating when I'm bored! That's a really bad habit that I started many many years ago! I finally lost my baby weight and I was always overweight growing up. I am a size 10-12 and am 165 but I would like to be 155 and a full size 10 you know? Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Jen! sorry if I rambled opn and on! :)

Hello, My name is Alexis and I am stay at home mom of 3 preschoolers (ages 5,3, & 2). I was always very fit and thin (i wore a size 0 pants home after the birth of my 2nd child) but I had to go back to work for a year last year and gained 20 pounds(and went up 5 clothes sizes) after eating mainly fast food and un healthy "fast" meals because I just had no time or energy to cook or even work out.So now I would like to lose about 10 pounds and just be a healthy size. I dont want to be a size 0 again as my husband does like my curves now and so do I. I want to get more toned and maintain a healthy weight by getting a new healthy lifestyle. My husband is obese and I want to set a good example for him by encouraging him to lose the weight and help him eat healthier. Looking forward to meeting everyone! .
