I understand what you're going through. I finally got to a good weight then I had 2 kids and my weight went back up. But it's slowly coming back down again, and I think I'll be in even better health than before I had my kids. emoticon

I so understand what you feeling about looking in the mirror. I've been obese when I was a teen and had diet and exercises prescribed by a doctor to lose weight (my mom took me to the doc because she thought I was getting too fat). I was perfect body and weight when I was 15. It did not last long. I always had a little extra weight on me. Before my pregnancy I was with perfect body (for me anyways) and weight. I have one kid and started gaining too much weight after I stopped breastfeeding. I'm sure we gonna change that feeling and look ourselves in the mirror and feel good about ourselves again. .

I can do it! You can do it! We can do it!

Hello... I've only been in what I felt was great shape one time in my life, and it was only 7 years ago. I want to get back there (have had 3 kids since -- think + 10 pounds for each kid). I'm happy with just about everything else in my life except what I feel when I look in the mirror and I want to change the outside, and help myself change the perception of that outside too. This is day 1 on my road back.
