emoticon emoticon on starting on your journey to a better you!

When we are first starting out, I know it can be a bit overwhelming (at least it was for me).

I, myself, decided to start out with 5-10 minutes a day of activity. You can also wear a pedometer and track your steps on Sparkpeople since I know you are probably on your feet most of the time being a nurse. I also got my kids involved to help keep me accountable.

Hello all I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. My name is Lynn and I have 4 children a 12yr old girl, 8yr old boy, and identical twin girls who will be 3 in less than two weeks. I am a nurse and work night shift so that I can also be home with the kids but it's very stressful to do it all and very tiring. I have 100lbs I would like to loose.
