Welcome!

I was a stay at home mom until my youngest was 3. I did neighborhood walks every day and now even they ride their bikes and I'll jog along with them. I also used to play chase in the yard with them a lot. The other thing my kids loved to do was dance with mommy.

My 2 and 4 yr olds love to go for a ride in the stroller and walk the nature trails while we point out flowers, birds and anything else we see.

It gets me out of the house and in the process, they are having fun and learning something too.

Hi Everyone!! My name is Ashley and I just started SP today(well yesterday since it's 1:40am). I'm a stay-at-home mom to my 2 year old daughter Mac and between eating, naps, playtimes, bathtimes, and any number of other things I do during the day I've found it difficult to find time to diet and exercise. Since my husband and I want to start trying for kid #2 after the new year I'm finally giving myself the kick in the butt I needed to lose some of the babyweight I'm still carrying. I would love to hear any ideas on fun ways to exercise while including my little sidekick since she's with me 24/7.
