Welcome!! There are alot of great people on this site and in the group...don't hesitate to ask questions, or share your successes and obstacles. Look around and get comfortable with the site. I just started blogging and journaling and found out that it really helps me, but the most important thing is tracking your food and exercise. emoticon

Hi, my name is Amelia, and I am brand new to this site. Over the last 2 years I have gained over 100 lbs, currently at 310. I have 3 young kids and I find it difficult to keep up with them due to my weight. I get out of breath very easily and am always tired. I need to get some of this weight off - I'd like to be at about 150lbs. So, I'm just checking everything out, and we'll see how it works. Thanks : )
