Hi,

I lost 30lbs in 2011 here on Sparkpeople and kept it off for nearly a year. I've started to put those pesky pounds back on. I'm not happy with myself. In April of 2013, I'll be 40 and I'm determined to be under 200lbs for my birthday. I have a long way to go, but...

This time around I'm going to be more diligent in my calorie counting and I am going to do at least 15 minutes of Just Dance or Zumba for Wii, Mon-Fri. I also have a list of strength training exercises I learned in physical therapy.

I don't bite, drop me a line
