emoticon I have 2 kids too and understand wanting to be healthier for your kids. I have lost 30 lbs since Oct. with the help of this site and LOVE it! I hope you have great success and don't be afraid to call upon your friends here for support when you need it! emoticon

Thank You! I am already really enjoying this site..It's GREAT!! I keep track of everything I am eating and it makes all the difference!

Hello! emoticon Sparkpeople is a great place to meet your goals! I lost over 30 pounds using it in the past after breaking my knee! emoticon Now I'm trying to lose the baby weight from my 6-month-old. emoticon I was 190 after i had him, and started sparkpeople again as soon as i got off bed-rest and the doctor cleared me. I have just turned 30 and finally decided to do something about the extra weight I have been carrying around! I just had my last baby almost a year ago and added to the fact that I have a thyroid condition it has been harder for me to lose weight. I thought I was doing ok, but then I started reading the packages and realized that I was eating 2 or 3 servings! I want to be healthier and more fit for my 2 children and not feel self conscious when I undress in front of my husband.
