Hi Natali! You certainly have your plate full! Just having the MS and 3 yr olds twins is enough let alone everything else that is going on in your life! Whew! Everyone has given you very good advice but with everything else going on one other thing you need to remember is that you need to take care of you. So you can be there for the boys. For years I have lost the same 40-50 lbs and then regained. This time I was ready to absorb everything. The articles are wonderful. So much needed information. I have reread many articles and always gain new information.

If you can get a diet buddy or an exercise buddy that will help you no end! My journey has taken me just over 2.5 yrs. This team has seen me go from 325 to 158. They have helped me out many times. We are here for you Natali. Good luck and do 't be afraid to ask for help. On-line or at home. emoticon

Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals!
We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals.
We can do it-- we are worth the effort!
All we can do is take it one day, one bite, one pound at a time.
I am looking forward to supporting you in your quest for better health and a happier future.

I totally agree with MABEAZ. Sounds like she gave you great advice. I'm new to SP too, well, I joined long time ago but this is the year I'm getting serious. I started my journey two weeks ago and have found sparks to be awesome. It's no magic pill, it takes hard work sweat and somedays lots of tears, but I know you will find you can make it work for you. My best advise is to stay active on the site, join some chalenges, and really remind yourself of why your doing this. I also found that the Spark book was a great motivating force for me. Wishing you all the best. We are here for you.

Every journey begins with a single step. Make sure it's one in the direction you want to go.

Only you can make your life what you want it to be.

Natali, welcome! You have come to the right place. This is a great group of very supportive folks. I started sparking on 2006 but never really got anywhere. Now at Thanksgiving this past year I hit my all time high weight and decided it was time to get off the roller coaster. I have lost the same 25 pounds probably 25 times. Enough is is enough. I really committed myself to trying Sparks for real and am seeing real results. It is a slow process but I am making progress. Start by getting all your water in daily. Be sure to track you food intake so you can see where you need to make changes. Small change make a really big difference. Just take it one step at a time. I find the real key is moving. I an rarely still anymore. I have become addicted to exercise. I find ways to move no matter what I am doing. If I am sitting at my desk, I do leg lifts. I march in front of the copier. Just turn it into small challenges for yourself to complete a set of exercises each day. There a tons of videos on this site to help you get started. If I can do this, so can you! Remember we are all here together. Just take that first step.

Hi my name's Natali. I'm new at this but I've done everything and still can't lose without gaining it right back. I weight 311 and can't get away from the 300's for nothing. I have multiple sclerosis so I have to lose so I'll feel better physically. I'm 27 single mom of 3yr old twin boys. I work full time plus go to college 4 days out of the week. I really need some motivation cuz I'm just so tired if the same routine. Lose gain lose gain
